Shortcrust pastry– These may be tasty, but your stomach will definitely hate the yeast. Plus, there’s nothing fancy about the flatulence you get stuck with.
Here are a few nice options for your breakfast:
Buckwheat– It’s abundant in protein, iron, and vitamins. These are essential for the gastrointestinal tract. Add buckwheat to your pancakes, waffles, smoothies, and bars.
Wheat germ– It enhances digestion, and a couple of tablespoons provide about 10% of the recommended daily intake of folic acid, and about 15% of the daily requirement of vitamin E.
Cornmeal porridge– It makes you feel full for longer, cleanses the body, and balances the microflora in your intestines.
Whole grains (no-yeast)– Whole grains contain complex carbs, and you can also add them to your pancakes, waffles, and grain toasts.

Oatmeal- Oatmeal protects against the damaging effect of hydrochloric acid. It strengthens the coating of the stomach lining. Oatmeal is rich in fiber, vitamins, and other nutrients. It’s a nice way to regulate cholesterol and improve the metabolic processes in the body.
